Payment Security
All our online payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal, we do not see or store your card details.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched
If you wish to return an item you have received because you have changed your mind,
or no longer require the part simply return it within 7 days of receipt and a refund will be arranged.
You will need to pay for the return postage for these items.
All items returned must be unused, not fitted or used for diagnostic purposes , in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of these items, as long as all is ok we will issue a refund with 48 hours.
Items that have been specially ordered cannot be returned.
Goods returned because they are faulty or incorrect must be returned in the condition that you received them.
We will pay for the return of these items. Once your item has been received and inspected we will arrange for a refund
or replacement to be sent as necessary.
Guarantee
Genuine parts & EGO elements, are guaranteed for 12 months, compatible parts are guaranteed for 6 months.
These parts are intended for domestic use only and should be for your own personal use and not used in the course of a business.
Our parts are not guaranteed for commercial use.
Parts should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
